This amphibian is often called  “dart frog”  because indigenous peoples use the poison taken from frog skin to apply to the tip of dart. These frogs have a variety of colors, from yellow, red to sapphire, black or mixed color. Of them, the frog in sapphire is the most poisonous species. Due to strange colors, they show the hunters their danger. Unlike other amphibians, dart frogs have no ability to swim because they do not own the membrane around their toes.
